The Apartment

With fantastic sea views, our recently refurbished luxury apartment offers the ideal retreat for you, your family and friends.  


The light and spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen leads out onto a private balcony which overlooks the sandy beach and on to Burgh Island. The perfect place to sit with an aperitif and watch the spectacular sunset.

The high specification, luxury kitchen with granite worktops provides everything you will need, including induction hob, double oven, first rate coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine / tumble dryer. The dining table and breakfast bar offer excellent places for a morning coffee. 


There are three large, comfy sofas in the lounge for those relaxing, rainy days, and you have your pick of entertainment with large widescreen TV and SKY. WiFi is also available throughout the apartment.

There are two luxury en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin, both which have large wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms have a large widescreen TV for those lazy mornings.

All linen, towels, heating, electricity and parking is included in the apartment rental cost.

The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned between bookings. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 4pm. Departure is before 10am on departure day. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. 

Unfortunately Apartment 18 is not suitable for wheelchairs due to the walkway steps and narrow access into the apartment.
